- The Louis Fitzgerald Group Gift Card voucher and E Voucher is available in euro (€) only. It is a prepaid card or E Voucher which means that money must be loaded onto the Card at the time of purchase
- Vouchers may be used for more than one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. The cardholder can be used as often as the cardholder would like while the card is valid and until the total amount has been used up.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility as the purchaser to ensure that the recipient of the Louis Fitzgerald Gift Card voucher and E Voucher is aware of the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Louis Fitzgerald Group Gift Card. Also that the correct email is provided at time of purchase.
- If a Gift card voucher is lost / stolen this is the sole liability of the holder. No voucher will be replaced and no refund will be issued. Protect them as you would cash.

- Vouchers are valid for five years from date of purchase.
- Email vouchers must be presented on arrival at property. Vouchers that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
- In the event of suspected or proven fraud and/or improper use of the Louis Fitzgerald Group Gift Card, Louis Fitzgerald Group reserves the right to suspend (pending investigation) or cancel any Gift Card without notice.

- All online vouchers will be confirmed by email. If you purchase a Louis Fitzgerald group experience gift voucher for a specific venue, the voucher is valid for the experience purchased during the advertised valid dates. For example if the experience is valid for three months the gift card would automatically become a group gift voucher that can be used in participating venues.
- The Louis Fitzgerald group reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without notifying the holder.
